Formerly the corporate HQ for Eckerd Drug, Harrod Properties purchased the property in 2006 and completed a $30 million rehabilitation and expansion of the complex which includes updated HVAC systems, new roofs and a 44,000 square foot expansion plus construction of a three story parking garage. The project offers traditional office and warehouse space, with the east and west buildings being connected via a skybridge.

Bardmoor Palms is located in Pinellas County on Bryan Dairy Road between Starkey and Belcher Roads, providing for convenient access to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa and the Gulf beaches. The Project has exceptional ingress/egress access to Bryan Dairy Road, one of Largo’s highly trafficked main thoroughfares, with three entrances including a lighted intersection.

Cooper Ramsey secured a $6.75M bridge loan from Emerald Creek Capital for 1030 Magnolia Avenue, a 26-unit Multifamily community in Gardena, CA in two weeks. With a strong tenant base of 100% occupancy, the borrower used the bridge loan to recap their equity interest in the property.

Dan Gorczycki arranged $11.5M construction financing and $3,950,000 JV equity for the condo and retail project at the corner of Downtown Naples of 9th Street South and 6th Avenue South.
