STEP 1 —

Once onboarded, the asset owner provides standardized deal information and due diligence through a user-friendly portal.
This prompts an automated sizing with current terms to send back to the owner.
Simultaneously, TrueRate sends the requested deal form and due diligence to a targeted group of lenders.
STEP 2 —
Real-Time Sizing, Competition & Deal Term Comparison
Lenders review deal information and due diligence to begin their internal sizing.
Once sized, the lender uploads their soft quote options through the Quote Sheet submission, to be reviewed by TrueRate.
The owner will be prompted to review several soft quotes with all key terms as they are received in one interface, streamlining the decision-making process.
STEP 3 —
Quote Acceptance, Lender Exclusivity and Closing
After review, the owner accepts one soft quote.
Acceptance of the soft quote will grant exclusivity to the lender selected to obtain a formal quote.
TrueRate advisors connect owner with the accepted lender and guides the parties to close.
